I have worked in the housing industry since 1998. I started at Lowe's Home Improvement where I worked my way up from Floor Associate to Store Manager in 4 years. I have always been customer-focused; I believe that is what separates me from the rest. I started selling real estate in 2004 and have loved every minute of it. Recently, I became well-versed in short sales and foreclosures. This has really been an advantage, considering currently a good part of real estate involves these two fields. Two of my strong points are negotiation and knowledge of financing. I work for the customer like I would want someone to work for me.
