Very professional, when our listing became available he was the first to call to offer his assistance with a new listing. We are so Thankful we did to go with Chris Grant and his team. The actions on their part were immediate. Our listing had a beautiful video, and they negotiated a deal very quickly when the offer came in. His team is such a compliment to the whole experience. I listed our condo in Englewood myself for several weeks. I had interest, but no buyers. When I listed with Chris I recieved offers from the the first two showings and finally sold to the first buyer at slightly under asking.

I highly recommend the Grant Team as a realtor to sell your house, especially if you currently do not live in the area. Service and communication provided by the Grant Team is excellent. They provided and coordinated several different services and patiently explained the details to my 84 year old mother. After the close my mother had no regrets of selling her beloved waterfront house that has been in the family for over 50 years. Let me further explain: Mom unfortunately could no longer live by herself and we moved her to an assisted living facility near family. We had to sell her house. We felt the property was valuable and did not want to almost give it away with a quick sale. All of her children have enough chaos in their lives and really do not have the time required, while living a long distance away, to get her house ready for sale and coordinate the issues that might arise during the process of getting to and then closing on the property. While interviewing several realtors, the Grant Team provided all requested information on a timely basis and believed in our suggested asking price for the property even though there really were no comparable properties that sold recently. The Grant Team coordinated all the activity such as taking off the hurricane shutters, and arranging for a good cleaning and dusting of the house that has not been lived in for over a year. The furniture that was left in the house was arranged in a manner that highlighted a comfortable living space. The photographs taken to market the house really showed a wonderful two bedroom water front house that our family cherished. Mom was the point person for all communications. Every week there would be a t least one email detailing what happened and if there were any future plans. All bids were communicated to mom, and Jodie, a member of the Grant Team, carefully explained and helped mom through all the bids. I had minimal involvement and I really appreciated the help mom received to make the decision on agreeing to a price to sell the property. After closing on the property, I believe that the help mom received resulted in no second guessing or remorse. I will miss that property with all its wonderful memories. With the Grant Team, the sale of the property did not create any nightmares and we received a reasonable price and my mother was comfortable with the decision to leave that property with its new owners.

Chris came to our home in North Port and explained everything with my Wife Georgia. He was such a breath of fresh air from the Realtor we had worked with before.
