Chris helped us purchase a second home out of the area. This was a diffucult purchase as it was a foreclosed property. Being this would be a weekend home for us, and we were not in the area of the purchase, having someone on our side to handle the day to day issues with the seller (bank & their representative) was crucial to the sucess of our purchase.
