We called CJ for help with locating land in northern Wisconsin. CJ put us in touch with Kia Xiong who works that area. We heard from Kia right away! Her communication was very responsive which is what we had been lacking from others. CJ and his team did a fantastic job helping me sell my house. They helped me determine a fair listing price which led to multiple offers and ultimately an over asking sale price.
