Chris was very attentive to our home shopping and purchase needs. He was always available. He would work with us any day and time of the week - very flexible. He used to be an appraiser and this showed when we visited homes. He pretty much knew the price of the home and he could detail any work that needed to be done on them as well as a estimate of the costs. It was like computer work.It was hard to really tell his negotiation skills because there was such competition for the houses we were looking at, it became more of a bidding process than negotiating the best price.We would recommend his services
