I called Christy in a panic, when my original Austin realtor disappeared. We were flying in from Boston (that day) to look at properties. Within hours, Christy had Rhonda researching for us and setting up appointments. In the end, our realtor turned back up (he was out of cell phone contact in Mexico) and we went with our original plan. All I can say is, if this is level of customer service you can expect from Christy and her team, you will be in very good hands. Highly recommended!!!!

When you want to rent or buy..do NOT go to her. She is unprofessional and as far as real estate is concerned she needs more experience. Being a broker/ owner Christy Dixon ( my own personal experience..not to put her down ), should have better work ethics. We could not even apply because she would not respond to calls or texts about a home we were interested in. She actually refused to accept applicants to a lovely home because of her own reasons. How is this legal in the state of Tx?! I tried to submit an application for a beautiful home and was told she had stopped application submissions 2 days in guys! How can the owner of the property find a good fit for the home, if after 1 applicants submission, all applicant submissions are refused or unanswered? This is usually a " partial" applicant refusing any other applicants, or a pursuit for an overzealous broker getting a friend or buddy or whomever she felt was a good fit in? How is this acceptable? In my opinion, I am appalled. Shouldn't we all submit an application and have a homeowner choose to decline us? When was a Realtor/Broker given the right to not accept applicants to apply for a home? Shouldn't the homeowner be given the option to choose their tenant? I don't guys you decide. This was shocking to me. I had a friend try to call the first day the home was listed and then try to text, and she got NO response! The next day I went to the property and met the homeowner and let her know I would be applying, and was told by My chosen realtor, the owner had agreed to not accept anymore applicants, due to the realtors opinion on the one and only applicants qualifications! 2 days in guys??? I felt this was desperation on a realtor's move..in own personal opinion, which I am allowed. I am trying to review fairly, in my own experience, with this realtor/ broker. I tried to reach out and got no.response. There is professionalism people, that we all should expect, and if you do not receive it...get on YELP! Realtors are here 24/7..so I have been told, but this is not MY personal experience here in Austin. I am not slandering her just MY personal experience. Go to a more well known Real Estate company if you want quality service. My own opinion on my personal experience with this company..17 yrs experience..She is also associated with Realtor.com on her website. She speaks only English and that says a lot here in Austin, TX. Not saying she is against any nationality, but it made me and others wonder...how could we not? Being a professional caregiver myself, I guess I expected more humility. Just disappointed guys. If she can contact me and at least be humble, I will update this review. I hope she contacts me. Here's prayimg.

Christy is awesome! Professional, hard working and great communicator. I would definitely recommend her.
