Chrystelle Ancelot

We first met Chrystelle in December of 2018. When we were looking to purchase a home in Jacksonville, FL (Mandarin Area.) She was on a family vacation and responded to our call immediately. Chrystelle is dedicated to her clients. She is not afraid to go toe to toe in negotiations and getting her clients the best deal on a home. In addition, Chrystelle has a vast knowledge in finance with many local connections. She helped us find a lender with better rates than the one we were using; saving us thousands of dollars. She made the home buying process so easy! Then in December of 2019, our family had an unexpected job transfer and we needed to sell our home. We knew just who to call! Chrystelle come to our home and we crunched numbers and came up with a plan. Chrystelle worked hard and took care of everything as we moved in January of 2020. She had open houses, sent out fliers in the neighborhood, and used her connection in the community; she didn’t even let a pandemic stop her! She looked after our house the whole time we were gone, and handled setting up any repairs we needed- we couldn’t have done this without her! We were so excited when she called to tell us we had an offer. She stayed on top of the entire process. With us living several States away, it was such a comfort to know we had such a professional working for us! She continued to work for us the whole time, helping us navigate several challenges, from the impact of the business changes with the COVID-19 to financial issues with the prospective buyers. She fought for us and made sure our interest were always represented. There were several times the deal would have fallen apart had it not been for her knowledge and experience in recognizing red flags and representing our interest to the buyer’s agent and loan company to ensure the deal got done.
