Excellent doesnt even begin to describe how wonderful Cindy is as a realtor. Buying a house before relocating to a new city is always a stressful process, but Cindy was with us every step of the way. She not only knew the market, and the areas, but she helped us get under contract without exceeding our budget. We WERE first time buyers and really had no idea where to start! Luckily my older brother recommended me to Cindy Frisch and I am glad he did. She definitely was very informative and knowledgeable about the area where we were looking into. I loved how she was honestly with us at every step of the process and even helped us design our home! Very kind of her to do so since it was a long process. Overall I am grateful that she was a realtor because at the end of the day, she became like a friend to us.

Cindy Frisch is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with (this is the 5th home my husband and I have purchased, so that is saying a lot)! At every opportunity she went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of (even if it was the other realtor's responsibility). She was 110% on top of every situation and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the process of buying our home. Cindy was so great to work with! She took our budget seriously and helped walk us through every step as first time home buyers. There wasnt a question that didnt get answered by email, text, or phone...if it wasn't instantly then it was no more than just an hour or two. She knew how to find what we thought we were looking for and even what we didnt think we were looking for that ended up being perfect. If we had to do it all over again we would go back to Cindy in a heartbeat!

One thing we can say about the BEST REALTOR IN AZ - DILIGENT. She knew our situation and addressed EVERYTHING. She showed us a couple of homes early on, though we were not yet qualified. This gave us an idea of the areas we wanted to live. Although we had to wait about 18 months, she kept in contact and sent us listing with our parameters. I DO NOT THINK AND OTHER REALTOR CAN MATCH THAT! When we finally qualified, we took our time and Cindy researched EVERYTHING - SHE WAS ABLE TO FIND US A HOME!!!!! The plus was a POOL. Cindy recommended an awesome home inspector that took the time to inspect EVERYTHING top to bottom. The recommendations and immediate concerns were documented and used for the Seller to take care of. The negotiation was a BREEZE - Cindy took that under her belt and DANG - we were able to work with a seller that took into consideration our wants and Cindy negotiated the items that needed to be completed prior to closing the sell. Cindy was able to have the seller pay $5K at closing towards a new roof!!! I found an excellent roofer who completed the roof for $9K, while the median price was $10,500. The seller attempted to cut corners on what we wanted fixed - Cindy took him to the mattresses - She was able to have a PROFESSIONAL Cindy referred a great lender that was able to address our situation and we able to get a 4% rate. Cindy was able to have us in before Christmas - Our new home, the best Christmas present! If you want, need, or just looking - I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND CINDY. Service before, during, and after the SELL!!!

Buying a home is so exciting but we had no idea how frustrating it can be, because the moment you put an offer on a home, that means you already love it, and it can be hurtful to see it go because an unexperienced realtor cannot make the right offer for that specific home. When we called about a Zillow listed home, Cindy had to tell us it was under contract. But she assured us she could find another we would like. That night, we got half a dozen listings sent to us by Cindy that were in the same area and price point. We picked 3 to visit and she set it up for the next morning. That was Monday. Tuesday we viewed the homes and only one was close. But that afternoon, 3 more came via email and they looked promising. We went to see one that looked good and compared it to the one that was close. Wednesday morning we looked at the newest one again and realized that was the one. Cindy presented the contract and coached us through the negotiations professionally. By Wednesday evening, we had a signed contract! Now the hard work! Inspections. Cindy monitored every inspection and educated us so we could decide which items we thought needed correction. At every turn, Cindy kept us in the loop so we could make fast decisions. All through the process, she was helpful, responsive and professional. Absolutely amazing, Cindy was there for us the whole way sending a listings of houses everyday, calling us to check in with us all the time, just really held or hands the whole time loved it made the whole process easier and painless, when we found the house that we wanted Cindy told us everything we needed to know about it very to the point didnt try to over sell very very personable, very honest human, she stayed up late the first night we found the house on the phone with us walking us thought the steps we needed to take, gave us list of what we had to do next gave us all the numbers we needed to call and took care of everything while keeping us in the loop, when we closed on the house she was so happy for us and made the first time coming into OUR house amazing and very homie, we have been here for about a month and she still calls to check in on us and we still call her as much as we can for help when we need it!!!!!
