My listing agent had been unable to move my house or generate much interest in showings for 10 months, then Clarissa Marshall took over, and with her creativity, suggestions and innovations plus personal attention and time commitment, she had my house sold in 2 months to my "ideal" buyer. It is hard for me to believe that I found a realtor as on top of the game as this young lady. Her follow up is absolutely amazing and her ability to put up with me is even more amazing.
