Claudia Burton

I’ve known Ms. Burton through my association with Thompson-Brown Real Estate Company. I’ve found Claudia to be hardworking, diligent, knowledgeable and straightforward in her approach to her business and client-representation. She has demonstrated a high degree of competence and trustworthiness to her work, and carries out her obligations with vigor and resolve. Claudia always exhibits a high degree of control and is able to provide meaningful solutions to whatever the current problem is. As an out of area buyer I could not get by without her knowledge of the Sacramento Area! I am a demanding real estate investor, and can affirm that Claudia Burton provides outstanding knowledge and ability as a real estate professional. During our association she has demonstrated exceptional abilities and commitment to her responsibilities on every level, and on many occasions. Clifford R. Fick
