Colleen is an amazing agent! She simultaneously is very sweet and easy to work with, while also being persistent and firm when she needs to be to make sure things keep moving. We sold our house in a week, and she worked hard to make sure all of the steps in the process went smoothly. We had a few hiccups at the very end of escrow, and Colleen did everything she could to make sure we closed as soon as possible. When we ended up being 2 days late due to purchaser's paperwork issues, Colleen promptly negotiated for us to not have to pay back rent for the few days of overlap while moving, due to the inconvenience. Even the sales agent for our new house commented on how great Colleen is! I would highly recommend her to friends and family!
