Colleen Burke and Peter Schick did a great job finding me a new home and selling my old house. Over the past 20 years I have went through this process two other times. Even though this process can be stressful, Colleen and Peter made it look easy and made me feel at ease. They guided me through how to prepare my house to be sold and when it hit the market I was impressed by how much interest I got right off the bat. At the same time my old home was selling, they interviewed me to see what my needs were for a new home. Since I like doing correspondence electronically, Colleen and Peter would send me emails of homes a couple times a week to look at. From those homes I would let them know which ones I would like to tour.
