Colleen and Heather are simply outstanding. I live in the SF Bay Area, and I needed to sell our condominium in South Lake Tahoe that was under a trust. Being completely new to the real property selling process, Colleen and Heather took the time to explain all of the details, even when I would all too frequently bug them on the weekends or late in the day and put all my worries at ease, bringing advice that was always relevant, pragmatic, and helpful (and often creative).
