Connie listed and sold my home
Connie was my agent when we listed our old home for sale. She was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. She worked with us in regards to our schedules. At the time we listed our house with her my wife who works full time and attends school in the evenings and me being a service connected disabled combat veteran and a stay at home dad (due to my disability) which meant we had to have everything able to be signed electronically which she willing did for us even though the buyers agent did not use the same system. She was even willing to go above and beyond when the process got delayed due to things on the buyers lenders side (lender kept losing paperwork) I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting an agent that will ensure things are done right
