Connie was very helpful and patient! I had to find a house quickly and I'm kind of picky but she sent me possibilities almost daily and I found I house I love. She carefully negotiated with sellers to get the best price for me without compromising the deal and this was a difficult time since Fort Collins/Loveland house prices have escalated and the number of offers for each house were significant. She had great suggestions for reasonably priced inspectors and suggested inspections for things I wouldn't have thought of. If I should ever want to move again, I will only contact Connie!

When I needed to find a home Connie not helped me find one but she helped me find a home that was right for me and the situation I was going through.
