I needed to purchase a home to assist my sister in finding a place to live. I explained the circumstances to Connie and told her what we were looking for. She immediately set up a notification system regarding any and all new listings that met our search criteria. She kept in contact constantly. Within a couple of weeks, we found an acceptable property. The market was extremely competitive and we needed to get in an offer to buy the house. Connie made many helpful suggestions as to what our offer should be and suggested that we write a note to the seller explaining our circumstances. With Connie's guidance and persistence, the deal went through. We were so happy to find just the right home at the right price. Connie is a true dedicated professional. The property I was buying was not in litigation but Tuscany Hills was with its builders (litigation has since been settled fully). That meant a higher degree of difficulty. Connie was very helpful in keeping things going and staying on top of all requirements and getting things to completion. The bank was very demanding and slow ... but Connie kept the pressure on and helped getting mortgage financing to completion. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Connie and will use her services should i be in the market for another property.

She helped me by "selling the sellers" that I was the best qualified buyer because of my impeccable credit, prequalification for a loan and my employement history of over 30 years with the same employer. If it hadn't been for her ability to "sell" the sellers, I may have not been able to buy this home because of multiple offers.
