He went above and beyond and helped us quickly find a home we love, in our price range, and got it on our first offer. He was extremely responsive to our questions (which were many), serious and professional, and super easy to work with. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy, and plan to pass his contact information to friends in the area.

I'd heard horror stories about DC realtors, so was nervous to begin the process. Cornelius was a dream! He's very proactive, with great colleagues, and I felt very comfortable working with him as a first-time homebuyer. He talked us through everything and gave us a lot of his time.

I was directing as executor the sale of a co-op in DC while I remained in NJ because of age and Covid. I never once had to concern myself with visits, problems in the bldg, or situations that might have needed personal attention while Mr. Henderson and his team were at the helm.
