My fianc and I wrote separate reviews because we each have so many great things to say about Cory!As a first time single-family home buyer, in a sense that I've never had to go through the A-Z processes of using the search engine, going to open houses, placing an offer, going through home inspections, and signing a million pieces of paperwork, I have never imagined an experience so seamless as the one we had with Cory as our realtor. Buying a home can be overwhelming, stressful, and confusing with all the different terminology, calculations, and timelines. However, when you have someone like Cory by your side, you need not worry. He will take the time to patiently explain the situation thoroughly until you fully understand. He is an extremely hard worker, and will not push you into a bad sale. He is 100% dedicated to the client and not for his own benefits. Diligent with texts, calls, and emails. I feel that anyone would be lucky to have Cory help them buy or sell a home for them. It was his confidence in us, himself, his team, and our goals that we were able to achieve a wonderful home on the East side at a very reasonable cost. Even after we closed, he followed up with us to make sure everything was okay and that we filed for our home exemption. It takes a lot of skill to execute a home purchase, and I'm thoroughly impressed with Cory's expertise in the industry.
