I purchased my first property at 13 years old. (I inherited money.) I read the purchase agreement every morning at breakfast for a year and had it memorized by 14 years old. By the time I graduated high school, between my parents and I, we owned several rental properties...thus began my love of Real Estate and renovating the properties and seeing the changes right before my eyes. After many years in the landscape design business and a very informal career in helping friends and family in renovating their homes, I decided in 2012 it was time I become a professional and do what what I love to do. I got my license to sell Real Estate in 2013 and specialize in sellers who need help readying their home for market and buyers who need one on one help and a very personalized way of shopping.
