Craig Whitcomb, is the founder of what many in the DFW area refer to as Builder Contingency Management programs - assisting home buyers in selling their preowned home so they can buy a new home. Having worked at large real estate offices, he started his own company in 2005, when he realized that clients were not getting the quality of professional advice and level of service they deserve. He wanted to have a company where people could come and feel comfortable that they were dealing with experienced, professional people.
Craig has done hundreds, if not thousands, of real estate transactions. He has management relationships with most of the area's major builders, and has experience in new construction, preowned home sales, investor sales, short sales and foreclosures. He lists homes for several major builders and private businesses, as well as individual homeowners throughout the marketplace. There truly may not be one individual who knows the entire DFW marketplace better.
