With a Real Estate career spanning more than 33 Years, Craig Young has benefited greatly from his experiences in Real Estate Brokerage, Listings and Sales, Property Appraisal, Development & Consulting, Architecture and Mortgage Brokerage. His passion for Real Estate started in his native New Zealand watching his father work as a cabinetmaker, draftsman and a builder-developer, a path Craig followed into starting an Architectural Degree at Auckland University that morphed into a Real Estate Graduate Degree and a Diploma in Valuation in 1980.
Craig started his professional career as an Appraiser in New Zealand, but ultimately relocated to California in 1984 to co-own an appraisal company in Calabasas, a firm specializing in the valuation of luxury homes throughout Los Angeles.
