Sellers beware. Sandy’s only concern is her commission. We went from $229,900 to $220,000 because it was going to be a cash sale, "as is". Ok, we’ll go for that and signed the new paperwork. After signing the paperwork, the buyer now wanted an inspection done. That wasn’t what we agreed upon. Sandy's answer was that they have the right to have it done. We did the inspection and it was lengthy, knit picked at every little thing. We asked Sandy to get with the buyer and see what really needed to be done. She came back with all of it. Sandy’s response was “ If you were the buyer you would want it done”. Well, about $1600 later the items were done and the house closed and she got her commission.
