We met Crystal Bannar during our four day stay over the 4th of July as we were walk-ins at the Coldwell Bank office in St. Pete Beach. Little did we realize at the time, that was our lucky day! We could not have been happier when we left Treasure Island knowing the sale of the condo was in Crystal Bannars hands! Crystal Bannar was a blessing for us and words cannot express our gratitude for her representing us from day one until we closed this week. Her business card reads: Confident. Experienced. Trusted. and to that we add professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind We consider Crystal a friend, and a dear one who really rallied to any situation these past months in guiding us through an extremely exhausting process.

I rarely write reviews thus the delay in writing this one, but I feel compelled to do so regarding the excellent service I received by Crystal Bannar during my search for a retirement home. I have had experiences with other Realtors in the past, but none exceeded my expectations as Crystal did. First, she really listened to what key criteria I wanted in a place and then provided properties meeting that criteria to view. Thats rare, as some Realtors will push properties for a quick sale knowing that it doesnt meet those basic needs. Second, if anything was not listed as advertised, she provided me honest feedback even if contrary to making a sale. I cant tell you how much that honesty and trust meant to me in her looking out for my best interest. Third, it was long an exhaustive search process for both of us with intermediate delays due to personal circumstances on my part to search, but I never felt abandoned. Her understanding and sincere appreciation for my situation is something I will never forget and treasure. Last, her warm and patient demeanor allowed me to consider her a friend towards the end after our business concluded. Again, something you dont always find in todays business environment. I look forward to someday working with Crystal again for my real estate needs and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and dedicated Realtor.

She is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, concerned, hard-working and service oriented professional I have encountered in the real estate industry. She patiently sent me over 70 links within my parameters to view and then showed me 10 properties. On another trip she showed my wife and I another 7 properties. We then submitted multiple offers and she helped me through the negotiations with a very difficult bank seller and dealing with a challenging financing environment. She helped me find many contractors such as a home inspector, landscaper, pool maintenance company and pest control company to name a few.
