K. Welch 35 weeks agoSandra and Crystal treated us kindly, and we found the perfect house right before spring 2020. Sandra was a great negotiator, even though she would have to split a small commission, she made sure we got the lowest price we could, and we ended up with a house that appraised at $225,000 or about $31,000 more than final sale price, so we walked into the home with built in equity on a $194,000 sale. Can't beat it!

I cannot speak enough about her quick communication and helpful hints throughout the process especially considering the few bumps we hit. She has quickly become our go to recommendation and realtor for family and friends. stacy strock 22 weeks agoWe cannot say enough good things about our experience with Crystal! We contacted several agents and Crystal was the only one who responded promptly. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the process, from start to finish. We moved from out of state, so this made everything a little more difficult. She walked us through everything, step by step. She used her weekends to show us house, sometime 4 in one day. As first time home buyers, she helped us to understand warning signs she would see in houses! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about everything real estate! She answered all of our silly questions, and made sure we understand everything going on, once we found our new house. You cannot go wrong with her! She will treat you like family! And family is very important to her! I could go on all day! Do not go anywhere else!! She is your woman! When we decide to sell down the road, we will definitely be going back to her! Buying & selling are stressful endeavors and they make the process easy by going out of there way to take pressure off their clients. After around 6 months of our year search we met Sandra and automatically knew she felt genuinely about helping us.
