During our search for a Clearwater realtor, we came across with Jacks and Cyndees names. They were our best discovery we made in our plan to buy a condo in the Clearwater, FL area! Prior to that, we had begun our search without any understanding of what we were looking for, without any real timeframe or objective to our condo search. She connected us with several other people that we needed such as an inspector, an A/C technician and a contractor to perform all of the changes we required. All of which we knew nothing about finding on our own. We knew if she trusted them, then we could too, and they were all great! The result was a truly collaborative effort to find us the perfect place. We are so grateful to have worked with Cyndee. Jack and Cyndee helped us find the home we wanted to spend the rest of our lives in when my husband retired from 30 years of service in the US Army. In addition they helped us find a place with high walkability as this was of utmost importance to us. I found them on my own while searching different websites and what a stroke of luck.
