I met Cynthia through friends who were purchasing a home in Orange County. Great to be in a position not needing an agent at the time so could watch from afar. My friends spoke highly of her especially her ethical standards, timely responses and attention to detail. Soon I needed an agent on the Central Coast of California to sell my home near the water. I wondered if she would be interested and she was.The agents in the area were adequate but lacked marketing skills. Cynthia came up with a comprehensive plan including print and video marketing in the geographical areas of those who purchased homes in my area, which is a vacation location.
