Damon is a rip off artist. He took advantage of the elderly at every turn he could have. So many reviews of this scum ripping people off and stealing money from people after they move out of a home. I refused to buy from this creep because his tenants were more than happy to tell you how he rips them off. Being a business owner who has INTEGRITY, I would never do business with this child of a man.

Damon is the worst person I have ever come across when it comes to helping people find homes. He does not care about you or your family. He will find any way to threaten you & take every cent you have. I highly suggest no one ever trust this coward that hides behind emails.

This guy gets a kick out of insulting and threatening people behind his computer and communicating via email only but will never show his face. What a loser. Damon has moved into property management and taking advantage of elderly owner's while harassing tenants. Never at his office and won't answer pH and threatens illegal actions. I would run if he ever showed his face.
