Brokerage, I closed over $200 million in both commercial and residential transactions. I started selling real estate in 1995 as an independent commercial broker specialising in commercial properties. As my practice grew, I formed Commercial Partners Realty in 1998 and franchised with Century 21 in 2007. In October 2011 I terminated my franchise agreement with Century 21 and started Chicago Realty Professionals. Development/General Contracting, I developed over 500 units of both residential and commercial real estate in the past 10 years and completed over $120 million in construction as a developer and general contractor.
