We just walked in off the street, and Dan showed he is a very resourceful and responsive realtor by listening well to our needs and rounding up more than a dozen properties that met our criteria (while we were at lunch). He provides just the right amount of encouragement and gave us the time needed to reach decisions (gently suggesting that certain properties would be receiving offers so that we would not miss out). I highly recommend Dan if you are looking to purchase real estate in the Pacific Grove, Carmel and Monterey area, as he has the skills, understanding and knowledge to give the best of service.

His listening skills and organization were very impressive; his showings matched our price range and priorities and were backed up with maps and flyers and gave us a clear picture of what matches our goals.
