What Dan did for me I did not think could be done. I had a mobile home that was beyond a fixer-upper. I remember meeting with Dan and reviewing my options and left thinking wow, if we can get close the the arrangement that he believes is possible I'd be stunned. We'll he came through marvelously. Thorough, honest, efficient. He'll be my choice when I need him again and absolutely my recommendation.

Dan is very involved with you as a seller. He is almost always there to answer phone calls. He was an immense help for long distance selling. He is very knowledgeable in the market and also extremely on top of HOA's and which ones are good to work with. I have had the great luck of getting to know Dan when we bought three years ago. He has no problem working any hours of the day to make a deal come through. Totally recommend Dan McNaulty for great service and professionalism

We came from out of state and gave very general parameters. After 1 showing, Dan could tell exactly what we wanted and did not hesitate to deliver...very accommodating of our time, yet respectful of the sellers. Even now after our purchase, Dan is always available for questions or help.

Dan helped us sell our Punta Gorda condo in 10 days in the off season. He brought in a professional photographer who used a drone and captured our place beautifully!
