Dan Rinehart is a semi-native of Colorado, having spent the majority of his formative years growing up in Colorado Springs. Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Colorado State University in 1992. Since 1992, he has lived and worked in the Denver metro area in some facet of the real estate industry.
Dan started his real estate career as a mortgage broker selling 1st and 2nd mortgage loans, as well as credit, disability, and life insurance. In 1996, he received his real estate appraisal license from the state of Colorado, and subsequently established his own real estate appraisal company. Dan appraised residential properties for various Banks, Mortgage Companies, and Individuals, from 1996-2007.
