Daniel Rowley

Dan Rowley did a fantastic job working with me and my wife. There were many days when I was at work that Dan went touring houses with my wife. I cannot tell you how many he showed her and us together but it was a lot of them. Dan was very patient and consistent working with us. Dan's experience showed when at several times he explained why it would be best for us not to go tour certain houses and there were times when he strongly suggested other ones. When we did settle on a house to purchase, all I can say is Dan Rowley went above and beyond our expectations to help close the deal with the selling agent and finally get us into the house after we hit several 'bumps in the road'. We will not hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in this area. Want a real estate agent who will tell you the truth and be totally honest with you? Dan Rowley is the man. He even has a section of road between Black Diamond and the Ravensdale Market that he regularly cleans up! If we buy or sell again we will call Dan.
