Dan got me the house I wanted and stuck with me though out my home buying experience. Had my back when things got frustrating with my lender and assured me that everything was gonna be ok and that I was getting my house. He even explained thing to me that my mortgage broker was suppose to. My first home buying experience wasn't the best because of my lender but DMAN! (Dan) took care of me the whole way Couldnt of ask for a better realtor! Thanks brotha the kids love the House!

There are a very few men that I can truly call a brother. Dan is by far one of the best people I have worked with. My family met Dan through a friend. We were very new to the home buying game and knew very little about what we were doing. Being a young family, Dan knew what questions needed to be answered, before we knew to ask them. It took time and understanding on Dans part for us to finally find a home. This was something he was happy to give. We had the house wanted and was ready to take the final step. When we were hit one of the hardest months in our little familes life. In Decemeber 2017 I was diagnosed with cancer. We were less then two from moving into out new home. Now with no idea what the next day,month or even year would bring us, we had to make a hard choice. Dan being his truly awesome self was one of the first people to visit me at the hospital. We discussed what was happening with him and how we were uncertain about how we should move forward. With Dans help we pulled out from getting that home. Over the next two years Dan still stayed in touch with us to see how I was doing. Finally after the cancer went into remission, we were ready to hit the house market again. We knew of only one man that had the plan we were looking for....... Dan The Man. I know our story is not a standard one. But I wanted people to know how truly caring Dan is. He understands that most people are at different levels of home buying and is willing to adjust to ensure that he provides the best service for you. Take the time to give Dan The Man a call. I would recommend Dan all day long! He consistently showed me quality homes, always available (even on his days off) and had extreme patience with this "Newbie". He even showed me the houses that I thought were good deals and showed how they were a "pig with lipstick" (my words, not his). He was very professional at all times.

We recently worked on a purchase together that would have been a bit complex for most but not for Dan. I have been in the housing industry for 16 years and most realtors stay on the sidelines and wait for deals to be cleared to close but again not Dan. Because of his knowledge in lending and superior customer service, he was able to provide our lender prompt service that was needed to help close the deal swiftly. Thank you Dan!!!

Dan Stepped up! Our fathers house was in a trust and he helped guide us through a tough time.with a great sale. Knowledgeable, straightforward, and trustworthy. He did what he said he was going to do which relieved so many levels of stress for the family, especially my brother who strategized with Dan throughout the process. I wanted to write this for him because he genuinely heard us, replied accordingly with thoughtful responses and really seemed to enjoy his work. When asking Dan to help with the purchase of our first home we knew it was going to be difficult but Dan was there every step of the way to explain things to us. He has helped me and my family thru a purchase, sell and a rental of a home. He helped through the whole process from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure it went well.
