Dana was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were buying our first home and had several particulars in mind so it took us awhile to find the perfect one. Dana was patient, knowledgable about most all areas in the Sacramento Valley, very responsive and proactive. She also has a great sense of humor which was the icing on the cake. We love our new home and we highly recommend her!

Dana and I went through the full gamut of what can happen before, during, and after a transaction and through it all she was my champion who went to bat for me. As a first time home buyer I was extremely cautious, read every contract and agreement, asked every question, always wondering what could possibly go wrong. As frustrating as I'm certain I was, Dana was extremely patient and helpful, taking the time to explain the details of everything happening and what it means. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dana and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic agent.

We worked with Dana for a period of just over two months. She was a delight to work with … cheerful, warm, understanding, and very professional. She listened to our (changing) set of needs and showed us homes from Arden to Roseville to EDH and provided info that helped us understand each new neighborhood. Once we found a home we wanted we wanted it now. Dana moved the sale along as fast as possible explaining each step clearly and concisely. We shared so much of our past, present and future plans with Dana. It was great that she shared some of herself as well. It was almost bittersweet when we found our dream home because we knew we our professional relationship would soon end.

Dana is sweet and honest and a true professional. I was a pretty high maintenance customer, calling at all hours and understanding very little. She was both responsive and patient, making sure I understood everything and all my needs were met. I often wished she’d lie to me just a little, or sugar coat the truth, but she always gave it to me straight. She’s also just a super fun person to know!

Dana was friendly, accessible, and truly has her finger on the pulse of the housing market. She was straight-forward and her recommendations were always on-point. Because of this, we had several offers on our house and accepted a great one within four days of listing. I will absolutely work with her again when it comes time to buy my next home.

Not only a fantastic realtor but also a great friend. She listed our house on Tuesday night and sold it on the following Sunday at the open house. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dana is fantastic! Highly recommended. After the first meeting, my sister said she was a thousand times better than the realtor she had used in another state. Dana and her team did an amazing job of staging the home and the on-line photos of the property were truly beautiful. We had an offer over asking price the day after the first open house, in the middle of winter. Dana was also great at helping us negotiate the contract and guide the sale through escrow to closing. Selling a house with Dana was far easier than it is supposed to be.

we had been turned down on 6 or so offers. too many higher bids.dana said Im going to get you into a house. And she did.I highly reccomend dana for anyone home buying or selling.

I cannot say enough good things about Dana! She surpassed all of my expectations ten fold. She is very attentive, and very honest about what she does. She'll keep your best interest in mind at all times. There is no one else I would ever go to! She just helped me find my first home, and took the time to explain every detail of the process for me to understand and not feel lost. I felt her presence at all times during the escrow process and never felt out of the loop. She made my home-buying experience such a breeze and I'll be forever grateful that I got to work with her and her team.
