- Dana helped me buy a home
My experience was NOT pleasant with Dana Rock. Before signing the contract, we asked about some things that are very important to us. She said 'its on me' and promised that they would be done. Through out the construction she reiterated that she would deliver what she promised. Didn't realize at that time how can lie so easily. Anyway, bottom line is, she is NOT trustworthy. Do NOT waste your time with Dana Rock.

I approached Taylor Morrison for an inventory home at Weldon Ridge, Dana Rock was the agent at Weldon Ridge. When I expressed my concern about a couple of issues with the home, she said that she would fix them. She repeated the promise every time we brought it up until the closing time. Even on the day of closing she asked us give her 4 weeks time to fix the issues . So I proceed with the closing only to realize that Dana blatantly LIED. No one to blame except me in this as I should have gotten in writing. Bottom line is Dana Rock is NOT trust worthy.
