Daniel Heim is hands down an exceptional broker with standards of excellence to prove it. He knew this was my first home purchase and made me feel comforted and reassured throughout the entire process. He was always available to talk and explain things to me and what I found especially noteworthy was when were knee deep into the contract negotiations, he had to leave town to tend to a sick family member. As you can imagine, I was nervous that he would be unable to reach or the deal may end up falling through because he was out of town. Not Dan! He told me "I may be away but I am with you and have your back." "Do not worry, I am watching all." He may not have been available as he normally was but he really was watching all because I would receive emails from him on all important items and he even followed up with me to sign and mail an occupancy form for the other broker so our deal always kept momentum going. This alone shows his standards of excellence are way off the charts. He makes every communication he sends clear, concise and easy for all to ensure a smooth transaction. I cannot say this for the broker on the side. Being this was first home purchase I was able to see what an excellent broker does and what a sub-par broker does. I was so comfortable with Dan at one point that I told him "Go do your thing and keep me posted" because that's how much I trust this man! He is my forever broker from this point on and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is a person that makes you comfortable from day one, calms and advises you during tough negotiations and overall is in a class of his own as far as I am concerned. One would be foolish not to hire this man.

Daniel helped me and my roommates get an apartment in Jersey City. From the get-go he was always extremely professional and personable. I have nothing but good things to say about Daniel I've spoken to 20 to 30 realtors I kid you not my mother always said if you don't have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all so for those 20 to 30 realtors I won't say nothing and when GOD put Daniel in my life guess were I'm at rite now yes I'm in my new apartment that Daniel helped well he didn't help me that Daniel went to the ends for me Daniel did he's job and more for me and my 16 year old daughter we thank Daniel from the bottom of our hearts I'm sooo glad there's good caring ppl in the world like Daniel Thank You Daniel
