    • The Ihara Team is a Solid Team! Dan is always on top of everything. I bought 2 homes in Kaimuki with him and he also sold one. He has a solid team who are always available to answer my questions. He made a complicated process smooth and relatively easy for me and there were no unexpected surprises. In the end, we got what we wanted. He provided services above and beyond just buying and selling a home, he helped throughout the entire process. And he throws one hell of a year end party! I plan on using Dan and his team every time I buy or sell a home. Dans the Man!

    • Dan Ihara and his staff exceeded my highest expectations in terms of finding the right buyer. The sales price of $1.6M was greater than I had expected and the sale was finalized quickly and with hardly any need for involvement on the sellers part. The buyer really wanted the property and in Dans own words, highly unusual for a property that sold for $1.6M. Perhaps, there was a bit of luck involved but I give Dan Ihara and his staff all the credit for being in the right place at the right time with the right buyer.     • The Ihara Team are a first class operation. Laura and Gary of the set up team implemented improvements to enhance the property, staged my two properties in the 1031 exchange, had photos taken and sat open house. Kent, the chief negotiator, managed the offers and smoothly handled the sales transaction. Aaron searched and identified replacement properties for the 1031 exchange within a couple of weeks of the sale properties being listed. The Closing of the sale of the 1031 property and the closing of the replacement property occurred within a week of each other. Dan Ihara coordinated the entire effort.
