Dan and his team were always quick to return calls for questions on process, changes, next steps, and negotiations. He is transparent, honest, and offers straight up options with recommended suggestions. Wow, from start to finish this has been as smooth of a process for a first time Homeowner has to be!Daniel took over from another agent and even from our very first conversation my girlfriend and I could quickly tell we had someone with more experience, more knowledge of the preferred locations, and most importantly could better stand to go toe-to-toe with the demands of a harsh Sellers market! Soon after I had to know for myself, how long had he been in real estate?! 16 years, at the time, is what I soon found outHis experience in the business was on full display at every aspect along the process from sharing countless helpful tips on what to look out for while walking through homes, to responding in a very timely manner to all inquiries, as well discussing in detail the step by step process to why things are taking place as they are!
