Dan definitely responded quickly and took me to see any houses I asked about. He is very open minded about your specific needs like if you want full luxury, a fixer upper, an investment property, etc. He has a lot of resources to find deals that you might not have found with your own resources. He was encouraging and exciting to work with!

Dan has been great through our journey of finding a home. We are first time home buyers, and hes been great with answering all of our questions, and giving us advice on how to proceed on offers and such. Hes very responsive when we contact him, and has worked around our crazy schedule :) Overall, I highly recommend Dan as an agent, hes absolutely fantastic!

Right from the start Daniel Milsten was very insightful and helpful with our search for a new house. He did his homework and was well prepared before each house that we looked at. He knows this whole area very well and even told us if there were places that we might want to avoid. After we found a house that we liked, he told us some very important information that ultimately helped us in purchasing the house when 9 others also made offers. Without his info on how to make our offer more enticing to the sellers, we might not have been able to get our dream house. After we got the house, he helped us through all the steps to make sure everything was in order to close on the house. He was always available when we had questions. He answered his phone every time we called and replied to texts promptly. He did such a great job, we decided to use him to sell our current house. And again he's been there every step of the way. He had many contacts that helped us get things fixed inside and outside the house, get the roof cleaned, get the house cleaned, get the landscaping done and help with setting up the staging for the house so that it looks good for buyers. If it weren't for Daniel, I don't know if we would've gotten our new house that we love. If you get the chance to work with him, you won't regret it. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and is truly knowledgeable about everything when it comes to buying or selling a house.

We had such a great experience using Dan we would definitely come back to use his expertise in the future. His knowledge and skills are top notch!
