Dan is easily the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. He is consistently striving to provide the best purchasing options. We were new to this area so explored wide and far. Dan was always supportive of that exploration and learning about the local market. When the time comes for our next real estate purchase we will certainly be contacting Dan.

I had not worked with a realtor before, so didn't know what to expect, but after doing research and interviewing three other companies, I hired Dan, who proved to be superb. He was absolutely great to work with. He provided detailed resesarch, answered my questions thoroughly, communicateed regularly (but didn't bother me unnecesssarily), and helped me set the price (higher than I had expected). The result? My house sold in one week for full asking price! (This is especially impressive since it sold in the late fall, hardly the time people recommend for trying to sell a house.) He was also very helpful with the closing process. In short, I can't recommend Dan Seiler more highly. He's smart, professional, hard working, effective, and fun. It doesn't get any better than that!
