SUPERB!!! She goes above and beyond being a realtor. When I would discuss the steps we were taking with friends and family they were amazed and a little disappointed they didn't get the same attention when they purchased or sold a home. This was my first purchase of a home and I have to say that having Danielle in my corner was an absolute win from start to finish. Her experience and knowledge blew me away. Danielle is not in it for a quick commission, she wants her clients to be happy for the long run which makes sense to me, being a business woman myself. I plan on owning an investment property one day and will not use anyone else to guide me through the process.

Danielle was amazing, from start to finish. When I first moved out to Arizona, she quickly found me a excellent short-term rental. She then performed an incredible job of narrowing down what we were looking for - shape/size/look/feel/location in a few short trips - All while being wonderfully cheerful and knowledgeable with two first time home-buyers (and all of our associated questions). When it came time for purchase - Danielle quickly and clearly explained the process, gave me multiple options, and backed up her recommendations with thoroughly detailed research. I cannot recommend her enough.

Negotiation skills:I bought and sold many home and worked with many agents, and I can tell you without a doubt Danielle and her assistant Sandy are the best. Danielle went above and beyond for me where many agents might have not pushed on the sellers as hard. I have worked with agents that protect their bottom line by not asking for concessions but Danielle fought all the way to the end for me, and I got an awesome deal and a one of a kind house! Not only did I get a great house, but Danielle helped me rent my current house and did all the paperwork. I would recommend Danielle for all your RE needs.

Danielle has helped me both buy and sell multiple properties. She is truly THE best. Danielle is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but she looooves negotiating to get you the best deal. Danielle offered great advise on when it's worth putting $ in for better return on the sale. I live out of state and she went above and beyond by finding economical services and coordinating any needed work prior to sale so that I did not need to make the trip.
