Dear Darcy, Sam, Olivia and I would like to thank for helping us secure our new home. Moreover, we’d like to thank you for being available and exceptionally responsive as we navigated our anxieties as first-time home buyers. You were patient, professional and never once made us feel like we were a bother. From that perspective, we couldn’t have asked for more. When we dialed in on the home we would ultimately select, you went above and beyond to make sure that all was ship shape. We appreciate that went to the house on at least two occasions in the wake of rain to be sure that the seller’s claim to have taken care of a leak around the skylights was true. From to recommending folks who gave the home reliable inspections, to having your husband fix the lock on an exterior door, you proved time and time again that you were looking out for our interests. We also appreciate your vigorous advocacy and your gentle and patient guidance. If time given is a measure of engagement, then you were exceptionally engaged. Finally, the gifts you shared with us to celebrate our new ownership, were right on the mark and showed that you were listening (we’re going to name the Meyer lemon tree Darcy!)
