Hello my name is Dave Ortega. My experience with Dareika Morrison was a real eye opener. I had tried to sell my house about 4 times in the last 6 years but did not have any success. My last attempt at selling lasted for 4 months prior to having been contacted by Dareika. I had almost had the house sold but 2 days before closing the buyer backed out of the contract. I was trying to sell it for 112,000 and in those 4 months I only had that one buyer and the most he would offer was 109,000. Thank goodness he backed out of the contract because I would have lost money on the sale. The day the listing expired I received a call from Dareika and she talked me into giving her a chance at 1-2 months at a time so I agreed. She asked me to let her see the property and she took on the challenge. Within 6 days of listing it she 2 competing bids and after listing it for 112,000 she was able to sell the house for 115,000. I would recommend her in a heart beat. She knows her craft and I believe will work hard at doing the best she can for whoever hires her.
