Darlene is the best agent I've ever had! As a home builder, I've had agents who were slow to return calls, lazy and not taking care of business, dishonest about the level of advertising I was getting, and even rude and unprofessional. It is one of the big problems builders have when their selling agent doesn't do their job properly. Darlene has made my job and life so much easier because I know that I can count on her. Our house was located in the country so we did not have a lot of street traffic. My wife interviewed three real estate agents but felt more comfortable with Darlene's selling style and her knowledge of our local market versus the other two agents. Darlene did an outstanding job analyzing the value of our home and working to get us the best price possible. The house was listed on a Friday and we had an offer the very next day which resulted in the sale of our house. The entire process took approximately three and a half to four weeks. I was anticipating that it would take approximately six months to sell our house,, so I was very pleased with the final results. I would highly recommend Darlene and her organization.
