I can't imagine a better realtor. Home buying was a lot harder than I thought it would be. We went through some ups and downs and Darrell definitely had our best interest in mind. He didn't try to over sell and brought a perspective when seeing homes that I am sure we would have missed often. He is absolutely wonderful in every aspect of the process

I found Darrell online. As soon as I spoke with him on the phone, I knew he'd be the right Realtor for me. Darrell is thorough, consistent and very responsive. He works hard and makes sure his clients are taken care of. When the unit of my dreams came on the market, ironically I was in Europe. Darrell took the time to go look at it FOR ME. He took the time to describe the unit to me and took me to see it as soon as I returned from my trip. We made an offer and it was accepted! The deal went very smoothly, which was a big deal to me since I had some deals fall through in the past, mainly due to incompetent real estate agents. Darrell is definitely competent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

Darrell helped us find and buy our first home. From the first time meeting him, Darrell's proactive approach and no-pressure style really impressed us and put us at ease. He was very patient as we looked at many houses, trying to make up our minds. He also quickly got a feel for what we were looking for and offered great suggestions. Probably the biggest asset to having Darrell as our agent was that he's a contractor. His expertise was invaluable while looking at several older homes. After we bought our house, we hired him to do some minor remodeling and add a new patio. Overall, Darrell's a great guy and we highly recommend him!
