If one is quite fortunate they will meet and interact with one truly outstanding individual during their lifetime. I have had the good fortune to meet such an individual during my migration from the U.S. east coast to a relocation in California. His name is Darren Scott and he represents the Keller Williams Realty Co. To assert that Mr. Scott was very helpful to us as we made the great migration would be an understatement. I feel certain that he went way beyond the norm in order to help us. He was always accessible and eager to answer our most basic questions. He was with us during the highs and lows of purchasing a home in California. His advice was always meaningful and accurate. I cannot conceive of a more knowledgeable and efficient individual in the real estate field. He had the patience of Job as he dealt with his "gypsies from the east." We will never be able to repay his many kindnesses. I would certainly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.

Darren is a great Realtor and great person in general. He was able to help us find a great house with everything that we asked for at a reasonable price. He met up with us fairly often on the weekends and considering he is a family man, we really appreciated the time he took with us. We were first time home buyers, so the whole home buying process was pretty new to us, but Darren helped us through it and gave some great advice and recommendations. He is definitely someone I would recommend to others.

Darren cares about his customers very much.We still remembered, at our first meeting, he noticed that we were writing some notes on the information brochure he gave us. Next meeting, he provided us information papers with extra spaces for notes and remarks. Darren not only just helped us purchase a house, but also assisted us settle down everything. We just moved to the US and knew nothing at all. He helped us set up the gas account. He made the phone call for us because he knew that we are not good at English. We have no idea how the sprinklers work, so he helped us set up the irrigation system. We looked at windows above wondering how do we clean them up, he read our thought and provided us window cleaning service and house cleaning service. We mentioned about Fengshui during our chatting, he remembered and provided us a cleansing service free of charge before we move in.
