  • Dat listed and sold my home

The best Realtor I have. He is sharp and quick. My pleasure working with him.

    • Dat helped me buy a home

Moved back to Austin (TX) in late 2020 from the Golden state. Went out to shop for house during one of the most challenging years in Austin’s real estate (March to September 2021). Viewed two dozen of houses and met with equal number of Real estate agents. None that I could buy and live within my budget. Through his network connections, Dat shown me the last house of a new neighborhood (a model house) that I could not resist. Closed within 45 days and got price reduced 2% in a red hot market was no easy feat!
