Dave is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can't imagine our home buying experience without him. My husband and I bought our first home through him and he explained every step along the way what was happening and made the process stress-free. He was always in contact with us and was easy to get a hold of. He is very trustworthy and a man of his word. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a realtor. If we ever sell our house or are looking for a new one, he will be who we go to again every time.

Our experience with Dave Carney is hard to describe in few words because he did so much to help us and was there for us every step of the way through the process of selling our home, putting us into a comfortable, clean and nice townhouse to rent and live in in the interim with our four dogs, and then navigating the process of us finding our new home in Olympia. I can't imagine a better experience with a realtor! He sold our home in Yelm in one weekend, for our asking price. But then we needed a place to rent, which is difficult when you have four dogs, even clean, well behaved non-destructive dogs. Dave even took care of us in that regard, and made sure we had a nice place to rent with our dogs while we searched for our new home and waited during the escrow period. The process of selling and then buying a home is a stressful detail oriented process but Dave made it pain free and almost effortless. I always recommend Dave Carney to anyone who needs a realtor because I would hope anyone buying or selling a home could have the same positive, nearly effortless experience that my husband and I had with Dave! He is so knowledgable, professional and personable. We felt like he was family by the time we were done!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail in the selling of our 5 acres of land in Olympia. We were more than satisfied with the progress of reaching an agreement with the buyer and closing the deal. What was particularly important to us was Dave's tenacious follow up through out the process to keep us periodically informed and make it all happen. Our particular property had wetlands involved (not an issue when we bought it 40 years ago), so for Dave it wasn't just selling a piece of property. His committed involvement to insure the buyer and seller were both satisfied was a perfect example of taking the extra mile of effort. Dave's knowledge, fairness, frankness, honesty, and friendship was and will always be most greatly appreciated. My wife and I wish we had a "Dave Carney" in California for several properties we hope to sell in the close foreseeable future.
