What peaked my interest in getting into helping other people achieve their Real Estate goals was my early onset of investing in Real Estate at the age of 24. I saw the benefits and equity possible from owning, selling, and exchanging properties at a very young age. My clients are drawn to me because they feel I'm in trenches with them, so to speak, and really understand how to determine the price, preparation, expenses, and the gamble involved in buying and selling properties. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. The sale of your home is very important to me. Select your agent on their integrity, skill, marketing plan and knowledge, not because he or she told you the price you want to hear.

  • Dave helped me buy a home

      Dave was AMAZING!. I've been looking for the perfect property for 3 years. He notified me only of properties that would be good for my needs and was not pushy. Dave found me my heaven. When it came time to buy, I lost my partner and was a mess. Dave gave me space, but when I was ready, he took over the negotiations like a lion. He held my hand the whole way and answered all my questions promptly and with his outstanding knowledge he guided me through the process. This was a very stressful time, as it was tricky financing, but Dave helped me through it. I am now in my little ranch oasis, enjoying every day. Without Dave, this would not have happened. I cannot recommend Dave enough.

    • I met Dave White through a mutual friend who had met Dave years earlier while in the process of buying his first home in the San Fernanado Valley. I had grown up in the SFV and moved out of the area many years ago. After the passing of my parents it fell upon me, as executor of their estate, to clean out and ready their home of 64 years for sale. Early on in this process I began to interview potential real estate agents to represent me in the sale of the home and to advise me as to what to do and what not to do getting the house ready to sell. I also wanted to find out what a realistic asking price for the property would be. The first two realtors I talked to gave me similar ideas regarding renovation and the selling price. I felt they were being much too conservative on both issues. When I spoke to Dave he was much more positive and optimistic than the others I had spoken with. I am a long time General Contractor and had planned on doing the repairs and renovation myself along with my crew. What I wasn't sure about was how far to take the work without spending more money than I needed to optimize the profit upon sale. Dave was masterful in guiding me in that regard. He truly knew what would sell the house and also what not to do. When it came time to list the house, he once more demonstrated his vast knowledge of real estate sales. When I told him how much money I would like to walk away with after all was said and done, he told me he thought it was doable. He would set the asking price tens of thousands below what we wanted for the house to spark interest and then let potential buyers "bid up the selling price" to what we hoped to get. I was somewhat dubious, but we immediately began getting offers as soon as the house was listed. In less than two weeks he had sold the house for even more than we had hoped for. I was happily amazed. Dave's marketing skills are excellent. He knows how and where to advertise, and just how to position the information needed to sell the home. Also, his negotiating skills are as good as they get. In closing I would like to say I will gladly recommend Dave to anyone needing the services of a good realtor. I found him to be honest, forthright, always responsive, full of great advise and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and all other facets of real estate sales. I will always think of meeting Dave White as my very good fortune

    • Dave White is a true PROFESSIONAL. Dave guided me through a very complex 1031 exchange transaction involving several million dollars.
