Born and raised here in SoCal, I took interest in real estate at a very early age. My exposure to the family property management business really solidified my passion for helping people achieve their goals through real estate. David helped me buy a home
We were trying to buy a home for our daughter and were getting very discouraged until we spoke to David. Within 24 hours, we met David at the local coffee shop and he had pulled up homes listings that had all of the criteria we were looking for, including price. It took us about a minute to figure out he was the broker for us. He helped us find the perfect home. But not only that. He was in constant contact with us as to how escrow was progressing, and explained everything so thoroughly. Two weeks after escrow closed, he contacted us to see how things were going. David is a knowledgeable professional who truly cares about his clients.

I can't recommend David enough. This guy knows his numbers and is incredibly nimble in various financial analytical scenarios. He worked in concert with our real estate agent and guided us towards profitable multi-family investments and away from any that would have made poor returns. More than anything, I cannot think of a time or day of the week that David did not respond to one of my texts or emails or calls. He was incredibly responsive! Sometimes I would text late on a Saturday or a Sunday and he would get back to me almost immediately, even if it was to say he would have to call me back later. More than anything he made the lending process easy and helped us float the loan so we could get the best rate. I would definitely work with him again on the next loan.
